Swedish Massage

$65.00 per one hour session, $38 1/2 hour

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

$65.00 per one hour session, $38 1/2 hour

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Pregnancy Massage

$65.00 per one hour session, $38 1/2 hour

Pregnancy Massage is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women.  Pregnancy is a time in which a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical, mental, and emotional changes.  Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy.  The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, and relief from uncomfortable digestive issues.

Hot Stone Therapy

$70.00 per one hour session

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Body Wraps

Your choice of Firmi-Sea Mud which contains five varieties of algae harvested off the Brittany Coast.  This is effective for smoothing, detoxifying, stimulation and remineralization of the skin.  European Rose Clay is the ultimate to refine, soften, nourish and enhance cell renewal.  This is great for dry, delicate and aged skin.  Baltic Mud helps with detoxification, extract pore clogging impurities and helps to improve skin texture.   
This treatment starts with an exfoliation, then product of you choice is applied.  You will be wrapped in a thermal blanket  for approximately twenty minutes while your head and feet are massaged.  Then enjoy  the warmth of hot towels while the product is removed and a hydrating body butter is applied which will leave your skin feeling silky smooth.

Body Lush Body Hydrating Wrap

This treatment includes a micro-buff body polish to exfoliate your skin.  The body polish is removed with hot towels, then the body lush product is applied.  You will be wrapped in a termal blanket to keep warm while your head and feet are massaged.  This treatment will leave your skin feeling hydrated and toned.

Body Polish

Your skin will feel baby-soft and radiant after this gentle exfoliating treatment.  The body polish is a creme-based exfoliant and aids in cell renewal and removal of dry skin areas.  Then the prouduct is removed with hot towels and a rich smoothing body butter containing shea butter, jojoba, avacado, peach and sunflower oils is applied to help retain moisture.

Japanese Zen Face Massage

This treatment helps to balance the client by treating the head, neck and face.  The purpose is to help remove toxins from the face, tone muscles, increase circulation, and help prevent wrinkles.  Aromatherapy and acupressure are used along with hot towels.

Foot Treament

$45.00

This treatment is excellent to revive tired feet.  Your feet will be exfoliated with a salt scrub, wrapped in European rose clay to soften, hot stones are used and reflexology to affect overall well-being and ending with a peppermint lotion.

Back Treatment

$50.00

This is a treatment to help relax and release tension in your back.  A body scrub helps to exfoliate, then a choice of Baltic Mud (detox), European  Rose Clay (soften), or Firmi-Sea (re-mineralize) is applied, hot towels remove product, a little hot stone massage therapy, then to complete the treatment a twenty minute massage.

Mini Hand and Foot Treatment

$5.00

Lotion will be applied to your hands and feet then you will relax with hot mitts while your enjoying your massage.  When the mitts are removed your hands and feet will be massaged.

Chair Massage

$1.10 per minute

I can provide chair massage at your place of employment, please call for details.  I also provide chair massage in my office.
